"室内温熱環境の評価を目的とし,直径0.05m,長さ0.2mのアルミニウム(Al)および銅(Cu)の固体黒塗り円筒を縮小モデルとして用い,黒塗り円筒に対する温熱環境の冷却力について,理論解析と実験を行った.理論解析の妥当性を実験結果から検証し,黒塗り円筒の冷却力が理論的・直接的な温熱環境評価方法として,環境の気温・気流・熱ふく射を総合的に表現することが判明した.黒塗り円筒の冷却力と,黒塗り円筒に対する作用温度およびグローブ温度との比較から,冷却力は他の温熱環境評価方法より気流の影響をさらに明らかに表すことがわかり,人体を目標とした温熱環境の評価に適することが確認された.",
